Upon completion of this Learning Unit participants will be able to create opportunities for all trainees to learn and develop themselves (motivation and support), Manage group dynamics (differentiation & personalisation) and use learner centred methods (engaging actively participants).
The learning unit is structured in 3 sub-modules:

4.2 The identification of learners learning styles and their needs
4.3 The learner-entered approach
The aim is to empower trainees and make them autonomous in there learning activities.
