The effectiveness of learning is linked to the context, to the way of presentation of content, to the teaching methods used, to the class climate; these elements must be adapted to the characteristics of the trainees.
The trainer must therefore not only take care of the content and the way in which it transmits them, but must also be able to create a suitable classroom environment for the people he is going to train.
In Framework 2 for Adult educators & Health workers in the Module 2. The learning environment for effective training, there will be 3 sub-modules:
2.1 The ICF as a philosophy and a tool for rethinking the educational context.
2.2 Cooperative learning as a training methodology for the training of people with disabilities.
2.3 The role of the tutor in facilitating the learning of people with disabilities.
